I believe that the game of basketball, in many ways, is an extension of life. My coaching philosophy is based on providing a high quality, competitive, hard working, and character driven program. “Team” will always come first over the individual and each player will be responsible to demonstrate this quality in every part of their life. Players will grow physically, mentally, and emotionally by committing to a basketball program that practices selflessness, ownership, accountability, and sportsmanship.

Shane Nicely (Former Canada Basketball Men’s National Team Member)
Fatih is highly credited coach who is passionate about basketball and favoured by athletes who play for him both past and present. I could go on about his accreditation in basketball but what has really made me appreciate him is Fatih, the man. He is very kind and generous person who genuinely cares for people.”
Leo Rautins (Former Head Coach, Canada Senior Men’s National Team)
Fatih is an energetic coach and a bright basketball mind that understands both the college and international game, is able to communicate his knowledge with various age groups and learning styles. His on court abilities were on display working with our Targeted Athlete Strategy (TAS). He was always professional and his strong interpersonal skills allow him to develop successful working relationships.
Dave Taylor (Head Coach, University of Regina Women’s Basketball)
Having someone with Fatih’s background and expertise is a major boon to our program. His strengths as a coach are a perfect complement to mine, and his impact has already stretched beyond just our team and into development programs in Regina. We are extremely fortunate to have him on our staff, and this was only possible through the financial support we’ve received from the community.
