Technical Director – 3D Basketball Club (Vancouver, BC)
2024 – 2025 Season
As Technical Director of 3D Basketball Club in Vancouver, I was responsible for guiding the program’s coaching framework, long-term athlete development model, and overall technical standards.
- Oversaw all boys’ and girls’ programming across U13 to U18 levels, ensuring consistency in coaching methodology and player progress
- Provided mentorship and training sessions for staff coaches, introducing structured seasonal planning, skill benchmarks, and video feedback systems
- Worked closely with athletes and families to guide post-secondary recruitment, athletic scholarships, and academic planning
- Organized and led advanced training camps, coaching seminars, and regional competitions
- Strengthened the club’s performance culture through the integration of sports science, data tracking, and individualized player evaluations

Head Coach – Jr. Cougars Girls Basketball Program (U15 & U17)
2016 – 2019
For three consecutive seasons, I served as Head Coach of both the U15 and U17 girls’ teams within the University of Regina’s Jr. Cougars club program. These elite-level development teams fed directly into the university system and provincial team pipeline.
- Built and led a competitive year-round training program, aligned with Basketball Saskatchewan’s high-performance goals
- Focused on technical fundamentals, offensive/defensive systems, and situational basketball IQ
- Developed customized training plans based on Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles for athletes ranging from emerging talent to provincial standouts
- Mentored several athletes who went on to compete at the U SPORTS and NCAA levels
- Coached in major provincial and interprovincial tournaments, consistently reaching playoff stages and competing against Canada’s top talent.
- Collaborated with University of Regina staff and Canada Basketball evaluators to align player development with next-level expectations


Founder & Head Coach – All-Stars Basketball Club (Regina, SK)
2018 – 2020
I established the All-Stars Basketball Club in Regina as a high-performance grassroots initiative aimed at developing youth athletes through structured, competitive training and mentorship. As Founder and Head Coach, I built the club from the ground up, creating a pathway for boys and girls to elevate their basketball skills and athletic discipline.
- Delivered year-round training programs for U13 to U17 age groups
- Focused on individual skill development, team concepts, and basketball IQ
- Organized regional tournament participation and competitive scrimmages
- Mentored athletes toward provincial team selection and post-secondary opportunities
- Fostered a player-centered, character-driven club culture rooted in discipline, accountability, and growth
The All-Stars program filled a critical gap in Regina’s grassroots basketball landscape and contributed to the long-term development of dozens of aspiring student-athletes.


Technical Director – JUEL & JUEL Prep Girls Program, North Toronto Huskies
2013 – 2015
As Technical Director, I’ve helped grow the North Toronto Huskies into one of Ontario’s premier girls’ basketball development programs.
- Designed a club-wide LTAD plan, aligning skill development, strength & conditioning, and game strategy across age levels
- Led weekly technical sessions for U13–U18 athletes, with an emphasis on readiness for post-secondary play
- Conducted seasonal coach development workshops and provided ongoing mentorship for staff and assistant coaches
- Oversaw provincial and national-level recruitment, with dozens of players advancing to U SPORTS, NCAA, and CCAA programs
- Organized elite-level exposure events, fundraising initiatives, and performance tracking systems

Head Coach – U17 Boys Team, Etobicoke Thunder
2012 – 2013
At Etobicoke Thunder, I led the U17 boys through a competitive season focused on preparing athletes for university recruitment and high-level club competition.
- Designed and delivered a long-term training plan emphasizing both individual development and team execution
- Integrated film study and advanced scouting into player education
- Coached the team through regular season, exhibition, and international competition schedules
- Organized team travel, fundraising, and community events to support program sustainability
Associate Head Coach – U17 Girls Team, Brampton Warriors
2010 – 2011
As Associate Head Coach, I contributed to the growth and competitive readiness of the Brampton Warriors’ U17 girls’ program.
- Designed practice plans with a focus on individual skill development, offensive flow, and team defense
- Reinforced self-confidence, leadership, and goal setting among young female athletes
- Collaborated on scouting, tournament scheduling, and performance tracking
Head Coach – U18 Boys Teams, Fenerbahçe Ülker Basketball Club (Turkey)
2000 – 2004
At one of Europe’s most storied professional clubs, I led multiple U18 elite boys’ teams in Fenerbahçe’s development system.
- Identified and recruited over 100 elite youth athletes into the club’s pipeline
- Structured and led daily high-performance practices and game preparations in line with the Fenerbahçe philosophy
- Delivered individual feedback sessions using film and performance data
- Played a key role in bridging the junior program with senior professional-level expectations
