Head Coach, Women’s Basketball — George Brown College
2015 – 2016
As Head Coach of the George Brown College women’s basketball program, I led the team to a significant turnaround during the 2015-16 season. Under my leadership, the team achieved a balanced 10-10 record and secured a playoff berth for the first time in eight years, revitalizing a program that had struggled with multiple winless seasons prior to my arrival.
My approach focused on rebuilding the team culture, instilling confidence, and implementing disciplined practice plans that emphasized skill development, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. By fostering a positive, competitive environment, I empowered student-athletes to improve individually and collectively, helping George Brown regain its competitive standing in the OCAA league.
This experience strengthened my ability to lead rebuilding programs and develop resilient, motivated teams capable of competing at a high level.
