At the University of Calgary, I played an integral role supporting the Dinos women’s basketball program through video coordination, player development, and recruitment. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we sustained competitive success highlighted by Canada West playoff runs and national tournament participation. My focus on detailed scouting and individualized training helped maintain the program’s elite status.

Over 12 seasons coaching at the U SPORTS level, I have guided university basketball teams through 243 regular-season league games, earning a solid 56.8% winning percentage (138 wins, 105 losses). Including playoffs and tournament games, my teams have competed in 428 total games, achieving an overall winning percentage of 61.7% (264 wins, 164 losses).
Playoff Performance:
My teams consistently qualified for conference playoffs, advancing deep into postseason competitions on numerous occasions. This includes multiple OUA and Canada West conference final appearances, as well as several national tournament participations with the men’s basketball program at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and the women’s basketball programs at the University of Regina and University of Calgary.
Notably, I led the Regina Cougars to win the Canada West Conference Championship in the 2017-18 season, along with two runner-up finishes in 2016-17 and 2018-19.
At Ryerson University, the men’s basketball team advanced to the USPORTS Final 8 in the 2011-12 season, securing second place in the OUA Conference finals.
Under my leadership, the Regina Cougars earned a USPORTS Bronze Medal in 2017-18 and reached the USPORTS Final 8 in 2018-19.
The University of Calgary Dinos women’s basketball program advanced to the Canada West Semifinals and competed in the U SPORTS National Tournament, finishing 5th, demonstrating consistent national competitiveness.
